CHILD-FRIENDLY GODLY STANDARD!

Isaiah 49:22 GNT

The Sovereign LORD says to his people: "I will signal to the nations, and they will bring your children home.

Today many people follow the world’s ways, and it can look like God’s standards don’t matter anymore. But God’s ways never get old. Jesus said in Luke 6:45 that our actions show what is in our hearts.

So we must ask: Do I follow God’s standards or the world’s?

Jesus said in John 15:18–20 that we are in the world but not of it. God also said in Leviticus 11:44, “Be holy because I am holy.” But many people—including Christians—copy the world.

Romans 12:2 tells us not to follow the world but to let God change how we think.

Like Joseph in Genesis 39:8–9, we must say “No” to anything that is against God.

When we follow the flesh, it leads to sin (Galatians 6:8). But when we follow the Holy Spirit, we live right.

God has already shown us how to live (Micah 6:8).

Only those with clean hearts can stand before Him (Psalm 24:3–4).

Many things in the world look good, but they are not God’s standards.

God sets the standard, not people (Isaiah 49:22). His standard is His truth and His way.

God’s Word helps us think like Him.

Godly standards never change.

REFLECTION QUESTIONS

·       Am I acting more like the world instead of God?

·       How can I stand for what is right like Joseph?

·       What can I do each day to learn God’s Word?

PRAYER: Lord, help me follow Your godly standards every day. Amen.

Shalom.
