PIDGIN THE SPIRIT OF BOLDNESS!

2 Timothy 1:7 “Bikos God nor give us di spirit wey go make us fear, but di spirit wey E give us, get pawa, love and sef kontrol.   Boldness no be natural confidence, personality strength, or human courage. Na spiritual power wey dey come from the Holy Spirit. Boldness na the opposite of fear. Na the supernatural ability to talk, act, and stand for God without intimidation, hesitation, or shame. Boldness na the nature of the Spirit of God. Anywhere the Holy Spirit dey, fear dey lose power. When the early church pray, “grant unto Your servants boldness” as Acts 4:29 talk, the place shake, and dem all full with the Holy Spirit. Immediately, dem begin talk the Word with boldness. This one show say boldness no dey come from person; na the Spirit dey produce am. Believer wey no know who dem be for Christ no fit waka in boldness. Proverbs 28:1 talk say, “The righteous dey as bold as a lion.” Boldness dey flow from righteousness—when you know say God don accept you, forgive ...

CHILD-FRIENDLY THE SPIRIT OF BOLDNESS!

2 Timothy 1:7 ICB God did not give us a spirit that makes us afraid. He gave us a spirit of power and love and self-control.   The spirit of boldness is a special strength that comes from God. It is not about being loud, brave on your own, or having a strong personality. Boldness is the power the Holy Spirit gives us so we can stand for God without fear, shame, or worry. The Bible says God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Where the Holy Spirit is, fear cannot stay. In Acts 4:29, the early believers prayed for boldness, and God filled them with the Holy Spirit. Right away, they spoke God’s Word with courage. This shows that boldness comes from God, not from us. Boldness starts when we know who we are in Christ. Proverbs 28:1 says the righteous are as bold as a lion. When we know God loves us, forgives us, and stands with us, we become strong inside. David showed this when he faced Goliath in 1 Samuel 17:45–47. He was bold beca...

THE SPIRIT OF BOLDNESS!

2 Timothy 1:7 AMP For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].   Boldness is not natural confidence, personality strength, or human courage. It is the spiritual empowerment that comes from the Holy Spirit. Boldness is the opposite of fear. It is the supernatural ability to speak, act, and stand for God without intimidation, hesitation, or shame. Boldness is the nature of the Spirit of God. Wherever the Holy Spirit is present, fear loses its grip. When the early church prayed, “grant unto Your servants boldness” according to Acts 4:29, the place shook, and they were filled with the Holy Spirit. Immediately, they spoke the Word with boldness. This shows us that boldness is not self ‑ generated; it is Spirit ‑ generated. A believer who does not know who they are in Christ cannot walk in...

CHILD-FRIENDLY COMPLIANCE!

Luke 22:42 ICB "Father, if it is what you want, then let me not have this cup of suffering. But do what you want, not what I want."   Compliance means saying “Yes” to God with a happy heart. It is more than just doing what God says; it is choosing to agree with His plans because we trust that He loves us. Compliance is when we say like Jesus, “Lord, not what I want, but what You want.” From the beginning, God has always wanted His children to listen to His voice. In Deuteronomy 28:1, God promised that if we obey Him, He will lift us up and bless us. When we follow God’s instructions, we step into the good things He has already prepared for us. Real compliance starts inside the heart. God does not want us to obey only on the outside while our hearts are far away. In Isaiah 29:13, God said some people honour Him with their words but not with their hearts. True compliance means giving our hearts to God and letting the Holy Spirit guide us. David understood this. Afte...

PIDGIN COMPLIANCE!

Luke 22:42 ““Papa, if yu like to do am, make yu let dis sofa cup pass mi. But make e bi as yu wont, nor bi as I wont am.”   Compliance pass ordinary obedience; na the joyful agreement of your heart, mind, and actions with wetin God want. For Bible, compliance no be weak submission but na active partnership with the plans of Heaven. For Deuteronomy 28:1, the Lord say, “If you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God… the Lord your God go set you high above all nations of the earth.” Compliance dey open door for elevation. E dey position believer to receive wetin God don already prepare. True compliance dey start from the heart. God no dey happy with obedience wey no get agreement inside h...

COMPLIANCE!

Luke 22:42 AMP saying, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup [of divine wrath] from Me; yet not My will, but [always] Yours be done.”   Compliance is more than obedience; it is the joyful alignment of the heart, mind, and actions with the will of God. In Scripture, compliance is not passive submission but active partnership with the purposes of Heaven. It is the posture that says, “Lord, not my will, but Yours be done”. When a believer embraces compliance, they step into a life where divine instruction becomes the pathway to divine manifestation. From the beginning, God has always required His people to walk in alignment with His voice. In Deuteronomy 28:1, the Lord declares, “If you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God… the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth.” Compliance unlocks elevation. It positions a believer to receive what God has already prepared. True compliance begins in the heart. God does not delight in outwa...

WHY!

Isaiah 45:11 AMP For the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker says this, “Ask Me about the things to come concerning My sons, And give Me orders concerning the work of My hands.   How many times do we say the word “why” in one day? Why this? Why that? Why me? Why now? If we truly counted how often we ask “why,” we would realise how much of self, control, and human reasoning is wrapped into everything we do. We ask God why things happen, why He allows certain situations, why He asks us to obey, why He leads us in a direction we did not choose. Why, why, why. But every time we question God from a place of doubt, we reveal something deeper: a lack of trust. Romans 8:28 tells us that God works all things together for our good, yet we struggle to take Him at His word. Instead of resting in His promise, we question His timing, His decisions, and His silence. We question His integrity and faithfulness whenever we question His word or what we think is His inaction. Instead...

CHILD-FRIENDLY WHY!

Isaiah 45:11 ICB The Lord is the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker. He says this: "You ask me about what will happen. You question me about my children. You give me orders about what I have made.   How many times do we say the word “why” every day? Why this? Why that? Why me? Sometimes we ask “why” so much that we don’t even notice it. If we counted all our “whys,” we would see how often we want to understand everything and stay in control. We also ask God many “whys.” Why did this happen? Why didn’t You stop it? Why must I do this? Why me? But when we question God from a place of doubt, it shows that we are struggling to trust Him. Romans 8:28 says God works all things for our good, but we don’t always believe it. Instead of trusting His plan, we question His timing and His decisions. Instead of asking “why,” we should learn to say, “Lord, I trust You.” God does not have to explain everything to us. If He wants us to understand something, He will show us. We do not ne...
