For society wey we dey, nakedness no dey acceptable. Everybody dey wear cloth—even for house. But some people wey dey live for nudist colony don choose to waka naked anyhow. Na their choice be that, and dem don build environment wey fit support am.

But for most of us wey dey wear cloth, we dey change am every day. We dey dress according to weather, work, or even religion. But make we reason am well—everybody born come this world with cloth of sin. Adam and Eve nakedness show say dem don sabi wetin be wrong and right. But God wan give us better cloth—cloth of righteousness.

Zechariah 3:3–4 talk say Joshua wear dirty cloth stand for front of Angel. The Angel come command make dem remove the dirty cloth and wear better one. That dirty cloth na symbol of sin, and the new cloth na sign say God don change person from inside.

To change cloth mean say person don renew spiritually and don get new identity. Bible talk for Ephesians 4:22–24 and Colossians 3:9–10 say make we remove old self and wear new self wey resemble God. That one mean say make we drop bad character and begin show love, kindness, humility, and patience according to Colossians 3:12–14.

Look Joseph life. He wear many cloths for different seasons:

- Coat of many colours – na sign say him papa love am well well as we see for Genesis 37:3.

- Slave cloth – after him brothers tear him coat and sell am for Genesis 37:23.

- Cloth wey Potiphar wife hold – dem use am lie say Joseph do bad thing according to Genesis 39:12.

- Prison cloth – na cloth of shame and false accusation for Genesis 39:20.

But God get better plan. Joseph last cloth change when Pharaoh call am. Dem give am new cloth, wey show say him suffer don end and new level don start for Genesis 41:14, 42. Dem wear am fine linen—na cloth of honour and authority.

For Bible, when people dey mourn, dem dey wear sackcloth. But when joy come back, dem go wear better cloth according to Psalm 30:11. So ask yourself: wetin be the cloth wey you dey wear now? Na cloth of shame, sorrow, rejection or limitation? You dey wear cloth wey dey hide your real identity?

If enemy don put dirty cloth on you, God ready to change am. Him cloth go make you fine, give you dignity, cover your shame, and show your real identity. To change cloth na spiritual transformation—na repentance, restoration, and new beginning by God grace.

Change your garment—na spiritual recommendation wey get power.

PRAYER: Papa God, thank You say You promise to give us beauty for ashes and garment of praise instead of spirit of heaviness. I dey beg You, remove every old, dirty, or bad cloth wey dey my life—cloth of shame, sorrow, rejection, or limitation. Baba, wear me Your cloth of righteousness, joy, favour, and glory. Make every bad identity, past mistake, and wahala comot as I enter the new season wey You don prepare for me. In Jesus name, amen.
