CHILD FRIENDLY REJECTION!

Isaiah 53:3 (ICB) "He was hated and rejected by people. He had much pain and suffering. People would not even look at him. He was hated, and we didn’t even notice him."

Jesus Understands Rejection

Have you ever felt left out, unwanted, or like no one cared? That’s called rejection, and it can really hurt. But guess what? Jesus understands how that feels—because He was rejected too.

The Bible says people didn’t accept Jesus. They didn’t believe in Him or love Him. But He still loved them—and He still loves you.

Sometimes people reject others by not including them, saying mean things, or ignoring them. But that doesn’t mean you’re not special. God never rejects you. He loves you just the way you are.

When we feel rejected, we might try to be perfect or do lots of things to make people like us. But we don’t have to do that with God. He already loves us—no matter what.

Jesus was rejected so that we could be accepted by God. You are chosen, loved, and important to Him.

MEMORY VERSE: John 6:37 (NIV) "Whoever comes to me I will never drive away."

REFLECTION QUESTIONS

- Have you ever felt left out or unwanted? What did you do?

- How does it help to know that Jesus was also rejected?

- What can you say to yourself when you feel rejected?

- How can you show others that they are loved and accepted?

PRAYER: Dear God, Sometimes I feel left out or not good enough. But I know You love me and will never reject me. Help me believe the truth about Your love and not the lies of rejection. Fill my heart with peace and joy, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Shalom
