PIDGIN GOD SABI WETIN TO DO!

John 6:1-6 (MOFF) 

1  After this one, Jesus waka go the other side of Galilee sea (wey dem dey call lake of Tiberias), 

2  big crowd follow am because of the miracles wey dem see as e heal sick people. 

3  Jesus climb hill go sitdown with e disciples. 

4  (Na near Passover, the big Jewish festival for that time.) 

5  As Jesus look up, e see big crowd dey come, e ask Philip, “Where we go take buy bread give all these people chop?” 

6  (Jesus talk am to test Philip, because He sabi wetin e wan do already.)

 

Make you understand this one well—God no dey ever confuse for wetin to do. God always sabi wetin to do, when, how, and why e dey do anything, or wetin we dey ask am. God wey create heaven and earth no dey ever waka lost!

Isaiah 46:10 talk say God sabi the end from the beginning, meaning say for every situation, God don already know how everything go be before e start. Psalm 139:16 still talk say God don write down all the days wey we never even live yet.

Many of us dey fear to carry our matter go God because we dey think say maybe God no fit help us or e no sabi wetin to do. That kind thought na devil dey put for our head, so that we no go collect the blessing wey God already prepare for us.

For that story, Jesus already sabi wetin e wan do, but e ask Philip to test e faith; to know whether Philip and the other apostles remember all the miracles wey Jesus don do before, and to make dem focus on the miracle wey e wan do now.

To prove or test person before you give am leadership role na good thing. Even Jesus do am. God want make we dey steady and responsible before we dey serve well for Church. 

1 Timothy 3:10 talk say, make dem test every believer, if dem pass, then dem fit serve as deacon or leader.

Nobody suppose rush enter leadership for church—dem suppose show say dem serious and strong for faith for some time as normal church member.

God sabi wetin we dey put first for our life. For Jesus disciples, e wan see whether their eyes dey for the bread and fish or the big God wey dem dey follow.

If dem learn from the miracle, dem go know say God big enough to provide for anybody, whether na small or big crowd. This go make dem get more trust to follow am and believe say e fit meet their needs.

Sometimes the Lord fit give us job wey go look as if e hard or impossible, just to train us to dey trust am more, like James 1:2-4 talk. Make we dey expect God to do pass wetin our eyes fit see or our hand fit do.

God fit do pass wetin we fit do by ourselves, but e go sometimes ask us for our idea, just to make we join for the process and the miracle.

If you dey face wahala now and you dey wonder why God never answer, just calm down, check yourself, hear wetin God dey try talk make you do.

God sabi wetin to do about that marriage, pikin, sickness or anything wey dey worry you. E go do am for Him own good time, make everything fine as Ecclesiastes 3:11 talk, and e no need your help.

Any matter wey you trust God put, e go handle am—e no go fail you. Even if e dey ask you question, just know say God no dey confuse. God always sabi wetin to do for your matter.
