PIDGIN A CERTAIN MAN!

A certain man! A certain woman! Who be this certain man or woman? 

For life, e get time and season wey God go appoint, approve and send one certain person wey go standby for our matter. 

This phrase “a certain man” wey King James Version use about 32 times show say, as powerful as God be, e still dey use help from human beings — certain people wey Him don choose — to finish wetin Him wan do for earth. 

We no even need sabi or see the certain person wey God go send to help us — e fit be woman, man or even pikin. The koko be say: for every certain thing, God get a certain person. 

For Bible, we dey see certain man appear exactly for the right time. Genesis 37:15 talk say Joseph just dey waka for bush dey find him brothers wey shift go far. If no be “a certain man” wey see am, he for no know where to go. Sometimes, your certain man go just show for the right location, time and situation to help fulfil God plan. 

Sometimes, certain man fit be total stranger wey just land for the exact moment you need help. Like Mark 15:21, one certain man — Simon of Cyrene — wey dem force make e carry Jesus cross, give our Saviour small relief. 

A certain man na somebody wey fit step in when nobody else go gree. No be because na him normal power, but because God don empower am for that moment. E fit even be person wey get him own wahala or need, but still go extra mile for another person — even if that person dey better position pass am — because na God send am. 

You fit be certain man for someone else life? 

If God tell you say, “Go be this person certain man,” you go obey? 

Acts 5:33-35, Gamaliel — the popular rabbi that year — obey God as certain man, defend the apostles wey for end up prison or die. 

A certain man na person wey God send give another person to provide care — money, material, advice or protection — no matter opinion or ideology. Ananias for Acts 9:10-15 no too wan meet Saul (Paul) because him know say Saul don bad before. But he still obey God as certain man for Paul life. 

You nko? If God send you go meet your own “Saul,” you go go with love and kindness or you go carry resentment and bad mind? 

Acts 10:1-10, Cornelius be a certain man wey still need another certain man — Peter. But Peter no wan first go because of him own bias, until God use vision change him mind. 

No let chance pass you to be a certain man for another person. And no make your own certain man pass you without you recognize am.
