But pesin wey nor like lie, go rule tey. 17 Pesin wey kill anoda pesin dey kwik-kwik dig en own grave, so make yu nor try to stop am. 18 Dey always tok trut and e go save yu, but if yu dey play wayo, na wons yu go fall. 19 Farmer wey dey work hard, get plenty food to chop, but pipol wey dey waste time for evritin wey dem dey do, na poverty go kill dem. 20 Pesin wey dey tok trut, go live betta and happy life, but dem go ponish yu, if yu dey hurry to get money. 21To dey judge anyhow nor good, but some judge dey lie for kourt, bikos of di small bribe wey dem won kollect. 22 Pesin wey get long-trot dey always hurry to get money, sotey e nor dey know wen poverty dey kom meet am. 23 If yu korrect pesin, e go like am pass wen yu praiz am. 24 Pesin wey tink sey e nor bad to tif from en papa and mama, nor betta pass ordinary tif. 25 To get long-trot dey only kause trobol, so e betta make yu trust God. 26 Pesin wey feel sey na only en know di korrect tin, na big fool, but pesin wey dey waka with wisdom, go dey save. 27 Make yu dey always give tins to poor pipol and yu nor go ever lack, but if yu nor dey sorry for poor pipol, dem go curse yu. 28 Pipol dey hide wen wiked pesin dey rule, but wen e nor dey again, raitious pipol go prosper.

 

Christian values na those things wey come from Jesus Christ teaching. Bible full well-well for advice about Christian values or how Christian suppose live, and plenty dey for Proverbs. These be the standard or the correct way Christians suppose follow live. Godly values na the principles wey every Christian suppose hold better—those things of life wey Bible teach us.

Christian values no dey change, e dey remain the same from generation to generation because the foundation na God Word, wey dey stand forever as Isaiah 40:8 talk. Na these values dey guide Christian people life and show the character plus teaching of Jesus. The important Christian values dey inside both Old and New Testament, and dem dey show how person suppose live with God and others.

Plenty people truly wan live better life wey show Christian values, but sometimes dem no clear about wetin e mean. But as Christian, your plan suppose be to dey do things wey align with godly values.

Jesus talk say na our action dey show wetin we really value. Wetin you do, na e dey show wetin you believe, like Luke 6:45 talk. Your actions dey show whether your standards and values dey inside scripture?

Country strong reach as the people wey dey inside dey upright. Communities, churches, schools, families, businesses and nation na different groups wey depend on leaders, wey suppose guide well with better social values. If nation conscience spoil, e go show for citizens, and if citizens spoil, na same way e go affect nation and the leaders. Every nation foundation dey build on the values wey their churches, schools, and families get, because na there leaders dey come out. If foundation no pure, e go spread moral wahala everywhere, check Psalm 11:3.

Bible values and world values mostly no be the same—kindness and respect for everybody dey Bible, but the world dey chase power; Bible teach humility, world go want status; honesty and generosity instead of just searching for money; self-control no be self-indulgence; and forgiveness no be revenge.

Christian values dey built on the fruit of the Spirit wey Galatians 5:22-23 talk, na things wey dey bring peace and better relationship between people according to God purpose.

Dem talk say when you reach Rome, act like Roman; e easy to be like Roman when you no get your own values.

God warn Israelites make dem no mix with neighbour, so dem no go learn bad things or begin worship their false gods, discard God own teaching; Exodus 23:24.

If we no dey follow and practise the Christian values and faith wey Bible give, e easy make we dey do anyhow or follow wrong values wey dey everywhere.

Social pressure too much now, and e fit make even person wey get strong mind shake or join others wey no get godly values, or begin pity opposition wey no get good values.

God don already tell us wetin good, and na wetin Him dey expect from us—to always do correct thing, see Micah 6:8.

We gats stand gidigba and no compromise for wetin Bible talk say bad. Make you no use modern-day style or wetin society dey do take change your Christian values and standards, as Isaiah 5:20 warn.

Christian values like morality, humility, integrity, and family values dey look like old story now. Instead, people dey look for greed, dishonest benefit, and homosexuality, as Romans 1:26-32 talk, but if you dey live by scripture values, you go get beta name and people go trust you.

Make you learn to keep godly Christian values, no use am do exchange for anything.
