PIDGIN DIVINE VISION!

Jeremaya na one among di priests wey dey stay Anatot for Benjamin aria. 2God first tok to Jeremaya for di thirtint year wen Amon pikin, Josaya dey rule Judah. 3God still tok to am, wen Josaya pikin, Jehoiakim dey rule for Judah. Afta dat time, God still tok to am until di fift mont for di elevent year wen Zedekaya wey Josaya born, dey rule for Judah and na dat same year, dem katch and karry Jerusalem pipol go Babilon.

God Koll Jeremaya 4 God tell mi sey, 5“Before I put yu for yor mama belle, I don know and choose yu. I don selet yu, before dem even born yu. Yes! I don choose yu as my profet and yu go take my message go evriwhere.” 6 So I ansa, “My Oga God, I nor sabi tok well and I still yong too.” 7 But God sey, “Make yu nor sey, ‘I still yong.’ But yu go-go meet anybody wey I send yu go meet kon tell dem evritin wey I kommand yu. 8 Di pipol wey I dey send yu go meet, make yu nor fear dem, bikos I go dey with yu and I go save yu. Mi wey bi God, don tok!” 9 So God stresh en hand kon tosh my mout, den E sey, “Make yu listin, na mi go tell yu wetin yu go tok. 10 So make yu know naw sey, I don give yu pawa ova nashons and kingdoms; to rut and skata; to distroy, ova-take, ribuild and to plant well again.”

Two Vishon 11 Afta, God koll and ask mi: “Jeremaya! Wetin yu dey si?” I ansa, “Na one almond tree branch.

 

Vision — at least godly and good vision — dey very important for life. When we get vision, we go dey see everything for correct perspective. You be person with vision or you no get vision? 

Wetin you dey see? Divine vision na to see wetin di Lord dey see, no be to dey focus on di physical and natural environment. 

Di Lord get divine vision for all of us, both as one group and as individuals. Vision na one of di most used word for everywhere, but sadly, plenty people dey use am as excuse to do wetin no follow God own plan. 

To get eye no mean say person fit see well or get vision. Elijah talk am for 2 Kings 6:17 — e pray make Lord open him servant eye so e go fit see. Lord open am and as e look, e see di vision wey dey before dem. 

God create us to be people wey get vision, but we need get godly vision for ourself, for our family, business, and church, if we no want say problem and wahala go dey control our life. 

God ask Jeremiah wetin e see, and when e talk am, Lord say e see well for verse 11. Di Lord dey ask us, wetin you dey see? You dey see wetin Lord dey see? You dey see pass your current condition? You fit see di potentials wey dey God word? You dey see God love or you dey look im delay to help you? 

Habakkuk 2:2 talk say we suppose write down our visions well-well so we fit pursue am till e come true. 

Divine vision no just na Bible prophetic revelation, e mean di prophetic work to receive and deliver God word. Proverbs 29:18 talk say if person no get divine vision, e go dey lost. 

Di world don make we dey look only di problems, shortage, evil, wickedness, but if we dey see as Scripture and God eye see, we go begin act, reason, talk, and live different, like e talk for Psalm 119:82. 

We must learn to see God promise, no di wahala. 

James 1:17 talk say every good gift na from Father — including career, ministry, family, wife, husband, pikin, good health, and wetin you dey plan. Proverbs 29:18 clear say, “Where there no get vision, people go perish.” Vision na prophetic revelation, di gift wey God give to guide im people. But wetin you dey see suppose match Scripture, and believe say God vision for you, na your vision. 

If you no dey dream am, and no get vision of am, you no go see am. If you no see am from God eye, e no go happen. No lie yourself say you fit do am without God. Self-denial, wey fools no fit do, na key to success as Proverbs 13:19 talk. 

Some people get bad spirit wey no let dem dream, dem no even try dream — but you must see yourself as God dey see you, no di way world or your brain don make you see yourself. Judges 6:12-14 show say God see Gideon like hero, but Gideon see himself as weak man. 

Wetin you dey see? 

If you join your vision with God and dey focus for Scripture, e go help you see better pass others. Make your eye and mind dey on God gift and positive things, no on negative because the way you reason na the way you go dream according to Philippians 4:8. 

Wetin you dey see? As year dey end, wetin you dey see for di next year? 

Any vision you get, the Lord dey talk to you say: “You don see well; I go make my word happen,” according to verse 12. 

REFLECTION QUESTIONS 

- E necessary to get spiritual vision to receive God blessing? How you fit explain Isaiah 6:10? 

- You think say strong vision of Christ fit support us for crisis? 

- God still dey speak for visions? You sabi how e dey communicate with you one-on-one? 

- Wetin you dey see? Wetin God dey see or wetin situation and problem dey force you see? 

PRAYER: Lord, abeg give me vision to see how and wetin you dey see, knowing say you go keep your word till e show for ground, for Jesus name. Amen.
