PIDGIN ENJOY YOUR LIFE!

1 Timoti 6:17 “Make yu give dis kommand to rish pipol. Tell dem sey, make dem nor dey karry body up kon dey trust dia money wey nor get value and make dem dey trust God wey dey give us evritin wey wi nid to take enjoy dis life.

 

You dey enjoy your life? Or you just dey waka pass, dey allow things happen without really gain anything from am? 

God don give us everything for life make we enjoy am, but na only when we dey enjoy am with correct heart and motive e go sweet. Apostle Paul no talk say “some things” or “only good things” — e talk say all things, whether na good or bad. You suppose find joy for every experience wey you get for life. 

Everything wey God create, e do am make e sweet am and sweet us too. Psalm 84:11 talk say God no go withhold anything wey good from us. 

But wahala dey — many people for this world no dey enjoy the blessings wey God don give them. Some dey hoard, dem no dey give or share. But Proverbs 11:24–25 talk say the more you give, the more you go receive. So enjoy the gift of giving and share wetin God don bless you with. 

The blessings wey God give us, no be just for us alone — na make we use am enjoy life and bless others too. 

Some people dey feel guilty when dem spend their money for themselves. Dem dey feel say na waste. But if you work hard get that money, you think say God go vex if you enjoy something nice? Apostle Paul talk for 1 Timothy 5:18 say “the worker deserve him pay”. That one mean say you suppose benefit from your work. 

Some people go work, save, but dey live like say dem no get. Dem dey wait for “rainy day” wey fit no ever come. Some don die before that day reach, leave everything wey dem work for — but dem no enjoy am. 

E.N.J.O.Y  Y.O.U.R  L.I.F.E

E– Encourage yourself with God Word promise. No let life press you down. (1 Samuel 30:6) 

N – No let guilt stop you from enjoying God blessing. (Romans 8:1) 

J – Joyfully choose to enjoy life journey, no matter wetin dey happen. (Romans 15:13) 

O – Obey when God talk to you. (Deuteronomy 11:26–28) 

Y – Yesterday don pass. No dey live inside past. (Philippians 3:12–14)

Y – You fit choose to think better thoughts and get good attitude. (Philippians 4:8) 

O– Overthrow bad and negative thinking. Hold every bad thought captive. (2 Corinthians 10:5) 

U– Use your gift and talent bless others. (Romans 12:13; Acts 2:42–47) 

R – Remember wetin God don do for you. Be thankful. (Psalm 103:2)

L – Live by faith, no be by feelings. (2 Corinthians 5:7) 

I – Invite Jesus enter every area of your life. (1 Corinthians 6:19–20) 

F – Forgive people wey don hurt you. (Ephesians 4:32) 

E – Expect God goodness for every situation. (Psalm 27:14) 

No matter where life don carry you go — Bible talk say make we enjoy life, but make we use wisdom. 

1 Corinthians 6:12 and 10:23 remind us say freedom to enjoy life no mean say make we do anyhow. Make your enjoyment no spoil another person own. Share wetin you get, enjoy am with people around you, and let God Word guide how you dey enjoy life — no follow world standard.

So, ENJOY YOUR LIFE! You get only one life — enjoy am, but make you wise, and always give God glory.

- Which area for your life guilt or condemnation don stop you from enjoy God goodness?

PRAYER: Papa God, thank You say You bless me with life and every good thing to enjoy. Forgive me for the times wey I allow fear, guilt or doubt stop me from enjoy Your goodness. Help me see life the way You dey see am, and make I appreciate every blessing wey You give me. Teach me to give generously, live joyfully, and honour You for everything wey I do. Make my enjoyment of life dey rooted inside Your wisdom and guided by Your Spirit. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.
