Triggers na things like people, places, objects, situations, sounds, smells, or even thoughts wey fit cause strong emotional, physical, or mental reaction for person—sometimes e dey bring back memory or feeling wey pain or disturb person before. Triggers different for everybody; wetin fit trigger one person no fit trigger another.

If we want live the way God want make we live, we must take God word serious because God dey serious about Him own word.

Jeremiah message na encouragement from God to Israelites wey dey for exile during their worst time. E assure God people everywhere say God plan for us na good thing—to make us prosper and get hope for future. Even if we no dey see result quick, we go still believe say God blessings go surely come because na God word dey trigger these blessings.

Godly triggers na reminders wey dey direct how we go behave spiritually like prayer, reading Bible, or giving thanks to God. For example, if Bible dey near your bed, e fit “trigger” you to read or pray, make holy habits easy to build.

5 GODLY TRIGGERS

1.YOUR SEED NA TRIGGER! 

Abraham trigger start for Genesis 14:20–23 with im seed. No seed too small for God—whether na your time, money, skill, or talent, all na seed. Make you humbly give your seed to God. Sow godly seed!

2.YOUR OBEDIENCE NA TRIGGER!

3. VISION AND DETERMINATION NA TRIGGER!

Caleb and Joshua trigger blessing for Numbers 13:30 because dem get courage to see wetin others no see—dem see with faith eye. Enemy dey use deception to mislead people, na why we suppose serious about God word. Get vision and determination!

4. YOUR KINDNESS NA TRIGGER! 

Shunammite woman trigger start for 2 Kings 4:8 when she show kindness to God prophet. Many people dey keep wetin God give dem instead of using am to bless others. Bible for Proverbs 22:9 talk say make we dey kind and generous from early age. Kindness na seed wey go dey bring harvest. Proverbs 11:17 talk say, “Man wey dey kind na im benefit himself, but cruel person na im dey hurt himself.” Make you dey kind!

5.YOUR SERVICE OR LABOUR NA TRIGGER! 

Bible talk plenty about obedience. Obedience na very important part of Christian life. Jesus obey even to death, death on cross as Philippians 2:8 talk. To serve God and people no be only to do big things but do small things with big love. Service na way to thank God and make others praise am. We suppose serve God for kingdom matter no be to please man according to Colossians 3:17. No serve to get reward from man but serve God wey no dey forget your work (Hebrews 6:10 AMPC). Service dey build body of Christ. We fit serve God by being kind to neighbour, volunteering, and helping poor people. Our gifts na to serve one another, no be for selfish gain. So serve well!

-         Which godly triggers you get for your daily life wey dey help you grow closer to God? 

-         How you fit purposely plant new seeds of faith, obedience, kindness or service to bless others and yourself? 

-         How you fit sabi when God dey use small things or people to trigger you for deeper spiritual habits?
