Bible full with talk say make we forgive ourselves and others because foundation of Christian faith na forgiveness. Unforgiveness come from selfishness and pride and e no suppose dey for our heart because na poison wey dey kill person slowly. 

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. talk say forgiveness no be one-time thing, na attitude we suppose dey always get. 

If God fit forgive us for our deepest and darkest sins, why we no fit forgive others small small things dem do to us? 

Unforgiveness na one kind poison enemy dey use kill God pikin. E be one of deadliest poison person fit drink, either small dose or big dose, but person dey expect say e go make other person die from grudges wey dey inside im heart. 

Things wey people no want forgive other people for, na the same things dem don do before, but still dem dey expect make God forgive dem as Bible talk for Matthew 18:23-35. 

Unforgiveness fit cause many sickness, even some kind cancer people talk say na because of unforgiveness. Cancer na devil work; scientists no fit explain am well, doctors no understand as e come be, na sign say curse dey. God let Israelites suffer sickness because dem no obey am as e talk for Deuteronomy 28:58-61, but when dem turn back, God heal and cleanse their land. 

Unforgiveness show for many ways. Na for our own good and others God talk say make we forgive people as many times as dem do us wahala. We dey keep list of grudges and offence as Bible talk for Leviticus 19:17-18; we dey remember old wahala, dey refresh am, replay am dey make poison fresh again, then we dey siddon dey hold glass of 1924 vintage bottle of unforgiveness dey wait make person die. 

Forgiveness no be choice, na command God expect us obey for Matthew 6:12. 

Slothfulness, laziness, and doing nothing no good for this generation as Proverbs 21:25 talk. Everybody want to get something without work. President Roosevelt talk, "No victory without sacrifice." How you go appreciate wetin you get if nothing enter your hand to get am? People don make laziness their style, dey live on government, family, and friends money when dem fit work for themselves. 

This generation dey want best of everything even when dem no old, no mature, or no fit buy am. That one na another poison we see for Proverbs 24:30-34. 

Greed na poison wey everybody get according to Jeremiah 6:13. Greed na parent of every evil and poison. Greed dey kill, thief, and talk bad about others. Bible teach say greed na idolatry because e put things pass God for our heart. 

Greed na say “I want everything, I no go share, I no get content with wetin I get, and I no care about person wey need wetin I get.” 

Muslim people talk say dem no fit forgive person wey do wrong to dem for this life or next life! Life too short to continue dey drink from cup of unforgiveness and eternity long too much to suffer wahala from unforgiveness. People wey dey forgive dey get forgiveness too! Do your own favour—make you forgive!

- How I dey allow unforgiveness or grudges dey poison my heart and relationship? 

- How I fit get forgiveness mindset wey Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. talk say na attitude? 

- Wetin I fit do every day to stop slothfulness and greed for my life? 

- How understanding say God don forgive me fit make me forgive others truly? 

PRAYER: Papa God, abeg help me forget grudges and bitterness for my heart. Teach me to dey kind, get soft heart, and forgive others just like You don forgive me through Christ. Free me from pride, laziness, and greed wey dey spoil my spirit and relationship. Fill me with Your peace, strength, and love so I fit live free and show Your grace to others every day. For Jesus name, Amen.
