CHILD-FRIENDLY PAID IN FULL!
Memory Verse: “Jesus said, ‘It is finished.’ Then He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.” — John 19:30
-What Does “Paid in Full” Mean?
Imagine you owe money for
something, like a toy or a snack, and someone pays the whole amount for you.
You don’t have to pay anything back—it’s paid in full!
That’s what Jesus did for
us. He paid the price for our sins so we could be free and forgiven.
Why Did Jesus Do That?
- We all make mistakes
called sin.
- Sin is like a debt we
can’t pay on our own.
- Jesus loves us so much
that He gave His life to pay that debt.
- When He died on the cross,
He said, “It is finished!” That means the price was fully paid.
Bible Truths
- Colossians 2:13–14 says
Jesus cancelled our debt and nailed it to the cross.
- We don’t have to earn
God’s love—it’s a free gift!
- All we have to do is believe
in Jesus and accept His gift.
What Can We Learn?
- Jesus paid for our sins so
we can live with joy and freedom.
- We don’t need to feel
guilty—we are forgiven!
- We should say thank You to
Jesus every day and live in a way that shows we love Him.
