People dey talk say make you put yourself first! Our society dey push make person think say na only yourself matter pass. But God through Haggai talk say e go provide for anybody wey trust am and give am their time and money. 'Consider your ways' na warning to reflect on wetin we dey do.

'Consider your ways' mean say make you dey check deep how you dey live, your priorities, and wetin fit happen because of wetin you dey do. God dey tell im people make dem think about their life well well.

Everybody dey busy dey make money, dey run errands, dey try reach higher goal, and dey organize life. Many people no dey understand where their time don go at the end of the day. As life dey busy so, many people dey forget wetin important: to seek God's kingdom first (Matthew 6:33) and to work well for God's house.

Fourteen years ago, dem start build God's temple but e never finish. E pain God as im people too busy dey build their own house but dem no dey put effort for God's temple. Na why God warn dem to consider their way.

We dey forget kingdom work but dey spend plenty money and time on personal things. We try hard to look fine and impress people but we no put the same energy to fix spiritual and kingdom problem. This one dey spoil kingdom message.

'Consider your ways!' Make you check yourself well. This na important way to live, especially when kingdom matter dey involved. Make you check your road and make sure say you dey follow God's instruction. Psalm 119:59 talk this kind checking.

'Ways' mean road or how person dey live. God dey ask Israel people to reflect on their priorities. E mean say you and I gats think about wetin matter and check our ways.

God want make we honest about the direction wey we dey go. Make we think if we want continue for that road because some road fit end for bad gbege (Proverbs 14:12). Sometimes for Christian life, we gats ask: 'Am I putting effort for God's kingdom or just for myself?'

Times and life ways dey change always, but God word never change (Isaiah 40:8).

People no too like change. Some want go back to old way, talk say God dey see im heart so no matter how I do. How you dey manage change wey God dey ask you to make?

Haggai 1:7 talk say make you consider your ways and ask God show you wetin you gats put first. Consider your ways.

- How often you dey think about your life path and priorities based on God's Word? 

- Which part of your life need correction or new priority after you consider your ways? 

- How you fit keep focus for God's kingdom first for this busy life?
