Crisis opportunity mean say we get to understand and accept say God fit use tough time to bring better thing, growth, and reason for our life. For Bible, many times crisis change people life, nation and even church. Joseph own, for Genesis 37–50, na one example: e brothers sell am, person lie against am, dem even throw am for prison. But God use am lift Joseph, make am save Egypt and im family when hunger dey everywhere. Joseph talk am for Genesis 50:20 say “Una plan evil for me, but God plan am for good…”

Nobody like crisis! Normally, crisis dey tire person, e dey weak body and mind! Crisis dey happen steady for life and even ministry, we nor fit dodge am sometimes! We dey jam crisis for money, work, family, marriage, church and health. Job yarn for 5:7 say man na wahala pikin—trouble dey follow man like day dey follow night.

Romans 8:38-39 tell us all the kind wahala we fit meet for life—but e tell us say these crisis nor fit separate anybody wey love God from God own love.

Ephesians 1:11 show say God don already plan the details of our life, and e dey use those details for im big plan to make us resemble im pikin Jesus. Na inside this plan, crisis still dey! So, no matter how person try dodge crisis, e go still show. If we nor fit dodge am, make we reason how God go want make we face am.

One way to look crisis, na wetin the Chinese people dey talk: say crisis na danger plus opportunity. Every crisis dey show chance! Chance mean say we fit enter crisis, but come out different or better.

Some people dey respond to crisis with “why me, why God go allow this?” but make we look people for Bible wey pass crisis—dem hold God word, trust God power.

For this life, change na sure thing; crisis na part of life—it fit be divorce, death, money wahala, sickness or anything. The only thing wey dey constant na God, wey promise say e nor go leave im people.

Among all the people for Bible, David sabi crisis well well—but for Psalm 131:2, David talk say he calm and keep quiet like small pikin. To keep quiet during wahala show say you nor dey complain, you see every crisis say na God dey allow am, and God good. God wey nor go allow us, as 1 Corinthians 10:13 talk, to jam crisis pass our power. God nor go allow us suffer pass the kind strength wey e give us; as crisis dey come, God dey give us sense, wisdom, grace to survive and chance to get new knowledge, ability and grow spiritually. As crisis enter, God go show way to come out.

No matter the crisis wey dey for your life, use am to go deep inside God word, humble yourself for cross, and shout for help, make you nor shame—because anyhow, look well, opportunity dey hide inside crisis. God grace go always reach us—2 Corinthians 12:9.

God nor dey abandon im project—you nor fit be the first! Make crisis bring better change.
