Fringe benefit na wetin person dey get on top of e main reward—like wen your work give you free medical or car join your salary. 

God give us the biggest gift—Him only pikin, Jesus Christ, make e save all human beings. Since God fit give us Him Son, e sure say nothing else wey e no fit give us. E show e love and how e dey generous. If e no hold back Him pikin but allow am die for us, how e no go give us other better things? Dis one dey make us trust say God go always provide for us and take care of us.

Fringe benefit for spiritual level mean all those extra blessings wey God dey give pass salvation. E fit be answer to prayer, wisdom, comfort, food, healing—plenty things wey we dey enjoy just because we dey close to God. Example, Psalm 103:2-5 praise God for all e benefits—like forgiveness, healing, help, blessings.

Benefit get different levels—special, normal, big company or personal. We dey enjoy am as we dey part of different things.

As we dey enjoy some work benefit because we be staff, so too, anybody wey dey for God's side dey enjoy extra package. Fringe benefit for Bible na those “extra” blessings wey God dey give wey no be say we work for am—na by God grace and e kindness.

For Bible, Solomon for 1 Kings 3:5–14 ask God for wisdom, but God give am wisdom plus money, respect, and long life—extra blessings join because e get correct heart.

God dey always give us jara when we trust, wait and obey am well. See as Job for Job 42:10–17, after all e wahala, God bless am double of wetin e lose. E patience and faith bring healing and better extra. If e don give up, e for miss am.

Many believers no enjoy their own benefits because dem give up just before God go answer. Hebrews 10:35-36 talk say make we no throway our confidence because e get big reward. After we do God will, we go get wetin God promise. If we stop halfway, we go miss these blessings—just imagine if Job give up.

Ruth sef enjoy plenty fringe benefit because she follow the right person. Ruth 2:11-12 show say as she follow Naomi and trust God, she get food, protection, new family and even enter Jesus family line—blessings wey pass wetin she expect.

Which benefit you dey enjoy now because of where you dey, who you know or wetin you dey do? Me self dey benefit from different people and places just because I dey do God work—na the jara wey God dey dash me for serving am.

Fringe benefit still reach transfer—like for Exodus 15:26, Israelites and everyone plus us wey dey believe get health and safety from God if we obey am. If we waka with God, e dey give us pass wetin we ask for—not because we too good, but because God too love us. Jesus, wen e die for us, give us pass only salvation; special benefits still full ground. Wetin you sabi or no sabi, get your own blessing join just because you dey inside God family.
