Spiritual camouflage mean wen pesin dey pretend or dey use fake face to hide who dem really be for spiritual matter. E fit mean person dey act holy for church, but for inside e heart, e dey do bad thing—na cover dem use.

For Bible, e dey show say: Deceptive appearance dey for Matthew 7:15. Jesus talk say false prophets dey dress like sheep, but inside dem be wolf. Dis na way dem take hide evil under good face—na spiritual camouflage be dat.

Satan dey use camouflage too. For 2 Corinthians 11:14, e talk say Satan dey disguise like angel of light, so even bad spirit fit hide with good look to deceive people.

Isaiah 64:6 talk say human righteousness na dirty rag. People dey use church work or holy look to cover their sin, this na hypocrisy and spiritual camouflage.

People dey hide their true heart or their wahala, dey pretend to dey righteous but dem get evil inside, as Isaiah 64:6 and Jeremiah 17:9 talk.

Spiritual camouflage fit mean Christian wey dey hide their faith, for fear say people go reject them, so dem dey to blend with world instead to live boldly. 2 Timothy 1:7 and Matthew 5:14-16 talk say make we no fear, make we shine our light well-well.

We suppose to always check the spirit wey we dey see, as 1 John 4:1 talk: “make una test the spirits whether dem be from God.” Make we use correct eye to look anything we hear, so dem no go fool us with camouflage.

God wan make we remove all camouflage, shine as light for darkness, show real Christ for our life, as John 8:12 talk.

Sometimes Christian dey cover their faith to blend with people, but 2 Timothy 1:7 say make we dey bold, not to hide or camouflaged inside worldly people.

Spiritual camouflage be wen person look holy for outside or strong for faith but dem dey hide struggle or wahala for heart. Na fake be dat—person dey do like e dey okay but e dey face problem inside.

Person wit camouflage fit sabi talk Bible for church but for house, e dey do bad tins, gossip, and lie. God wan make our heart and mouth match, as Matthew 15:8 talk: “Dem dey praise me with their mouth but their heart far from me”.

To use eye see camouflaged behaviour: Jesus talk for Matthew 23:27: “Woe to una wey dey teach law, una dey like white tombs wey paint fine but inside get dead bone and dirty.” E mean say, outside fit fine but inside dey rotten—na hypocrisy be this. Religious leaders dey do Law but no dey keep better part, na lawlessness be dat.

For church, people dey pray loud, dey quote Bible but for house na dem dey do bad thing. Make our heart match our word anytime, anywhere.

REFLECTION QUESTIONS

- I be the same person for house as I dey for outside? My action match my word when nobody dey look?

- I dey try look holy pass I dey try be holy? Na God or people I wan impress?

- Wetin be spiritual authenticity for my life everyday?

- I don use church wahala or religious talk cover area wey I need healing or repentance?

PRAYER: Papa God, drag every mask comot for my face. Help me no dey form wetin I no be. Make my outside match my inside. Make me shine Your light no matter who dey look.
