Luke 12:57 ““Why una nor dey tok wetin dey good for pipol to do?

 

Initiative na power or chance to act first before any person tell you to and the ability to sabi wetin to do and start am by yourself. 

To judge for yourself wetin be right na to take initiative to act and talk on your own wen nobody tell or make you. 

People dey always say, “Use your initiative, you no sabi how to do things by yourself? Why you no fit start work if another person no tell you to?” and many other wahala. 

For one point for life, everybody dey expect make you sabi wetin to do and start to do am without person to always check you. 

James 4:17 talk say if you sabi wetin to do but you no do am, na sin e be. That means say to just leave am without action na sin, like if you do bad things. “I no sabi” no be excuse at all! 

We dey take initiative for everywhere for life except maybe for our spiritual waka. Sometimes we go dey wait for person to talk before we begin run our spiritual race; this fit hurt our destiny or wetin God want make we do. 

“How I go do?” na question wey everybody dey ask sometime—sometimes we dey ask person because we no sure wetin to do, sometimes we dey just find info. But make we fit go straight to God, ask am wetin to do, then make we use divine wisdom do wetin e talk as Paul do for Acts 22:10. We too fit get instruction from God just like Paul get. 

To take initiative mean say you stand up, take step do something wey no dey expected, like how Gibeonites do for Joshua 9:4 when dem try save demself from wahala—dem step do correct thing but e small wrong. 

You dey take initiative for your spiritual waka like Philippians 2:12 talk? We get to take initiative make we serious for kingdom work, else we go always find excuse. Joseph na initiative cause am say im separate from others for Potiphar house for Genesis 39:5. 

Even wahala and stress fit make us want to ignore bible advice like Proverbs 3:27-28 wey talk say we get to quick do wetin God say make we do for justice and help others. 

The book of Proverbs full with advice on how to take initiative for Godly way to help our life. 

Matthew 5:16 talk say make our light shine for everywhere we dey. Na the initiative we dey show dey make our light dey shine bright for others to notice am. Even when we dey in pain or stress, make we still ready to support others and listen to person wey dey suffer. 

People talk say na initiative dey make person progress for life; when opportunity show, na you get to decide to act—that na initiative! But as believer, make sure say you sabi if the initiative wey you take dey correct, right, godly or moral. That na why Ezekiel 36:27 talk say make Spirit of God guide us to take God-approved initiatives. 

You ready to take initiative to do God work while time still dey?
