CHILD-FRIENDLY KNOW YOUR ENEMY!
Numbers 13:18 "See what the land is like and find out whether the people living there are strong or weak, few or many."
Do You Know Who Your Real
Enemy Is?
Sometimes, we think people
who hurt our feelings are our enemies. But the Bible teaches us something
different! Our real enemy isn’t a person—it’s the bad things that try to stop
us from doing what God wants. These can be fear, lies, confusion, or even doubt.
Just like the Israelites
were told to check out the land God promised them, we also need to look
carefully at what’s happening around us. But instead of being scared, we should
trust God and remember that He is stronger than any problem!
Bible Heroes Faced Big
Challenges Too!
- David fought a giant named
Goliath with just a stone and God’s help.
- Samson stood up to a whole
army with God’s strength.
- Moses sent spies to check
out the land before going in.
They didn’t win because they
were the strongest—they won because they trusted God!
What Should We Do?
- Trust God more than our
own thoughts.
- Pray when we feel scared
or confused.
- Remember that our fight is
not against people, but against bad things that try to stop us from following
God (Ephesians 6:12).
- Use God’s Word like a
sword to fight fear and lies.

PRAYER: Dear God, sometimes
I feel scared or confused. Help me to see things the way You do. Teach me to
trust You and not be afraid. Show me who the real enemy is and help me fight
with faith, love, and Your Word. I know You are always with me, in Jesus’ name,
Amen.
Shalom,
