To waka for God light na serious call wey dey wake our spirit and help us move from darkness enter God own plan for our life. 

Light for Bible mean clear mind, truth, and life. Bible talk say, “God na light; for am, darkness no dey at all.” As our eye dey help us see the beauty wey day, na so spiritual eye help us find truth, walk with sense, and live life wey get meaning. Jesus come make light show for people wey dey darkness, to fulfill wetin Isaiah 9:2 talk: “People wey dey waka for darkness don see big light,” as Matthew 4:16 still yan. 

The light wey God dey give pass just ordinary light—na revelation. For Bible, light mean pure life, truth and God presence. If you dey waka for light, you dey walk with God gree, no more confusing or sin hold you down. Jesus talk say na Him be the Light of the world for John 8:12; anybody wey dey lost for darkness, im go show am way. 

Darkness no just mean say light no dey—e mean say deception, disobedience, and distance from God dey there. Ephesians 5:8 yarn say, “Before, una self be darkness, but now light don dey for una life because of the Lord. Make una dey live like children of light.” This change no be just behaviour—na new spiritual life. From eye wey dey blind to spirit wey dey awake and purpose wey dey clear. 

For Bible, spiritual blindness mean person no fit see or gree accept God truth, Jesus, and im teaching because of unbelief, pride, or say devil deceive am. 

The prodigal son story (Luke 15:11–32) show this well. The pikin wey left im papa house, collect im inheritance and enta waka, na example of person wey run from God truth. As life hard for am—feeding pig, dey hungry for even pig food—na spiritual death wey happen when person lose God. Jesus talk say, “Without Me, una no fit do anything” (John 15:5). To come back, when the guy realize himself (“he come to himself”), na sharp moment for repentance and new beginning. The papa hug am because God dey ready to restore anybody wey come back. 

Darkness for Bible na always sign of sin, confusion, or far from God just as that boy experience. Ephesians 5:8 talk am again, “Before una be darkness, now una be light for God.” The point wey the boy come realize for Luke 15:17 show say light don shine for im spirit. E see say even servant for im papa house dey better and decide to come back. Na as James 4:8 talk: “Draw near to God, He go draw near to you.”

You dey waka for light, or you just dey survive for shadow? God light clear, e dey available, e dey change person, e go last forever. Make today be your own awakening. Step enter the light and let your life dey shine the glory of the One wey call you out of darkness.
