BE IT UNTO ME ACCORDING TO THY WORD.
Luke 1:38 AMPC
Then Mary said, Behold, I am the handmaiden of the
Lord; let it be done to me according to what you have said. And the angel left
her.
That was what Mary said at the proclamation of what
the Lord had planned for her.
Are you speaking God's word? Many of us speak the
words of every other person. We often speak whatever we hear, think, or
feel-what circumstances dictate, the atmosphere, or the elements- but fail to
speak the living Word of God. Hebrews 4:12 says the word of God is a two-edged
sword. It means it doesn't miss anything. If you swing it, it goes both ways
and it cuts through whatever it touches. When it comes to speaking the word of
God, we must speak the authentic, life-giving, life-force that flows from heaven's
throne into whatever we declare it over. We essentially agree with whatever the
word of God and the Blood of Jesus say. Jesus would quote Matthew 9:29, saying
let it be according to your faith.
Your faith has made you whole! But your faith only
works based on the word. Why? Because the word spoken aligns with the
scripture.
What are you speaking? Is it what is declared in the
scripture? It is written.
Matthew 18:18 says whatever you bind or lose happens
first in heaven before it comes to earth. So, we must speak words that aligns
with the written word, the established truth of God. Job in 2:9-10 chose to
keep quiet rather than rashly speak misaligned words. Job said nothing! That's
something, but the implication is clear. He said nothing, meaning he did not
utter a word. Didn't mean he did not think it. He thought it, but he didn't say
it. He thought it but never uttered them. That's wisdom. We need to learn to do
that. Because the minute we utter those words, good, bad, negative, positive,
evil, whatever, we are agreeing with something, either with the divine or the
demonic. So never utter words that are not aligned in God's book. Because as
Jesus himself said, your words justify and condemn you.
So, whatever you declare is what you get. Whose report
have you believed asks Isaiah 53:1? Whose report are you declaring? Are you
declaring the report of God? What has God said about that situation? What does
the scripture say about that situation? What did God say about you? Have you
agreed with those words? Are you agreeing with those words? Are you declaring
those words? Or are you declaring what the circumstance dictates that you agree
with? We must learn to speak what Jesus spoke about us.
The blood of Jesus already spoke it. The blood of
Jesus always speaks. So, what the blood says is what we say. Our speech, and
declarations must align with the spoken word of the blood. The blood speaks
better things, he says. Are you speaking better things or negative things? Are
you speaking better things or your feelings? Are you speaking better things or
your mindset and thoughts and the circumstance?
Speak the divine!
Speak heavenly language!
Speak kingdom established truth!
Because He said, forever, His word is settled in
heaven.
He says, it is written! What is written? The truth! John 8:32 says, I
am the truth, declared Jesus. If Jesus is the truth, then we must speak what
Jesus speaks. We must agree with what Jesus says. Then and only then do we
begin to live in the supernatural, victorious and in miraculous way. Otherwise,
if we speak as we feel or as Mary said, "Be it unto us according to our
words", then a lot of us will suffer the consequences of our negative,
demonic and foolish speech. Because some of the things we say do not align with
the scripture. We doubt God's word so much that we parrot other people. Be it
unto thee according to thy word. Speak what Jesus' blood speaks about you and
let it be according to his word, the scripture. Because that is where your
victory lies. We overcome not by all the prayers, the fasting and everything,
they are all good and necessary, but the bible declares that we overcome by the
blood of the lamb and the power of our testimony which is your confession, so
confess what Jesus’s blood confess.
