THE SPEAKING BLOOD.
Hebrews 12:24 AMPC
And to Jesus, the Mediator
(Go-between, Agent) of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood which speaks
[of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of
Abel [which cried out for vengeance].
There are so many voices speaking
and clamouring for our attention, but not all are heard, some are loud but
detrimental to our safety. Some are pure demonic and want to deceive us but
still a few whispers faith, hope, mercy, compassion and peace. Not all voices
speak good things.
But the blood of Jesus is
not silent. It speaks! From the cross to the throne, its voice echoes through
eternity, declaring mercy, redemption, and victory. Unlike Abel’s blood, which
cried for vengeance, the blood of Christ proclaims forgiveness and reconciliation.
Understanding what the blood says is essential for living in the fullness of
the New Covenant.
Blood speaks? Yes! The Lord
in Leviticus 17:11-16 explains that “life” is in the Blood and the blood makes atonement
for the soul, yet no other blood has the power in the Blood of Jesus.
The Blood of animals and
Abel doesn’t speak anything good as well, only the Blood of Jesus.
The Voice of the Blood cries
out for grace while Abel’s Blood cried out for justice.
The Blood of Jesus speaks
the Language of Mercy: Every drop of His blood speaks of pardon, peace, and
restoration.
The blood is not a past
event; it is a present reality in heaven’s courtroom, continuously Interceding
for us.
Even now, believers still don’t
know and cultivate the power in the Blood of the lamb when Revelation 12:11
tells us plainly that we conquer through and by the Lamb’s blood. The Lamb is
not dead!
But is the Blood speaking
for and to you? What Does the Blood Speak Today? The Blood is always speaking;
He speaks of forgiveness of sin: as stated in Romans 8:1 “There is therefore
now no condemnation for those in Christ”.
The blood opens the way into
the Holy of Holies according to Hebrews 10:19, granting us access to God.
And by our confession, we
gain victory over Satan: “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb…”
Let’s not forget that the
voice of the Blood declared and still declares our healing and wholeness as
Isaiah 53:5 states, by the stripes he bore on His back, the Blood from the
wound now speak healing.
Are you appropriating the
power of the Blood and allowing the Blood to speak better things over you,
overturning and destabilizing the other voices trying to gain traction in your
life and destiny?
Are you handling the Blood
of Jesus as a weapon, most powerful to deal deadly blows to all things? How do we
respond to the Speaking Blood?
Since the blood speaks, we
must know and acknowledge the things He says regarding us, listen attentively
and agree completely without wavering. We must align our confession with what
the blood declares.
We obey and follow mans
instruction of what to do and how with zeal, we must use more of that zeal to apply
the Blood by Faith: Plead the blood over your life, family, and circumstances. Draw
a bloodline of protection over you and yours.
The Blood is what seals the
covenant between you and God the Father, so learn to always live in Covenant.
Walk in obedience and gratitude for what the blood has accomplished. The Blood
of Jesus is the signature on the covenant certificate and the Lord holds Himself
to protecting and keeping that covenant because the Blood is the witness to
that spiritual transaction.
The blood of Jesus speaks
louder than the voice of guilt, shame, and accusation. It is heaven’s eternal
testimony that you are redeemed, accepted, and victorious. Today, tune your
heart to its voice and let its message shape your life and give you victory.

PRAYER: Father, thank You
for the blood of Jesus that speaks mercy, grace, and victory over my life. I
silence every voice of guilt, shame, and accusation, and I agree with the
testimony of the blood—that I am redeemed, forgiven, and accepted. Let the
speaking blood of Jesus overturn every negative voice and establish Your
covenant blessings in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
