CHILD-FRIENDLY THE POWER AND GLORY!
Matthew 6:13 AMPC
And lead (bring) us not into
temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the
power and the glory forever. Amen.
God’s glory is special and
belongs only to Him (Isaiah 42:8). Because He is all‑powerful, nothing is
impossible for Him (Luke 1:37). When Jesus ended the Lord’s Prayer, He reminded us
that the kingdom, the power, and the glory belong to God.
If we don’t thirst for God,
we won’t look for Him, and we won’t notice His glory. God’s glory is His
beauty, His goodness, and His presence. His power works inside His glory, and
that’s where miracles happen.
We are weak on our own, but
God is strong. When we say, “Thine is the glory,” we are saying all honour
belongs to God. He provides for us, protects us, and helps His kingdom grow.
Jesus said in John 17:22
that God has given us glory through Him. This means God shares His presence
with us through the Holy Spirit. His glory helps us live for Him and show His
love to others.
The angels praised God at
Jesus’ birth saying, “Glory to God in the highest” (Luke 2:14). God’s glory
brings peace and joy.
We should seek God’s glory
every day. His glory changes us, strengthens us, and gives us power to do His
work (Matthew 28:20). Truly, all power and glory belong to God forever (Romans
11:36).

to serve Him
