CHILD-FRIENDLY REVIVED, RESTORED, RECHARGED!

Isaiah 40:29 GNT

He strengthens those who are weak and tired.

 

Just like a phone needs a charger, our hearts and spirits need charging too. When life gets busy or hard, we can feel tired, sad, or weak inside. But God gives us strength when we stay connected to Him.

The three‑part declaration captures the spiritual journey every believer goes through, especially when life drains our strength, zeal, and focus. Why would we need these? Life happens! Circumstances and situations occur that drain our stamina, strength, zeal and vision.

The Bible says God’s Word brings life and refreshes us (Psalm 19:7). Only God can fill us up again when we feel empty.

Revived — God gives life back to our tired hearts. 

Restored — God fixes what feels broken or weak. 

Recharged — God gives us new strength for the next day.

Jesus told His disciples to rest and spend time with Him (Mark 6:30–32). We also need quiet time with Jesus, so we don’t run out of spiritual “battery”.

Even young people get tired (Isaiah 40:30–31). That means everyone needs God’s strength. We recharge by reading the Bible, praying, and being around people who love Jesus.

·       Where do I feel tired inside and need God’s strength? 

·       Have I been too busy to rest and spend time with Jesus? 

·       What can I do each day (Bible, prayer, fellowship) to stay spiritually charged?

PRAYER: Lord, when I feel low or tired, help me come to You to be filled again. Recharge my heart and give me strength. In Jesus’ name, amen.
