CHILD-FRIENDLY GODLY PARENTING!

Proverbs 22:6 GNT

Teach children how they should live, and they will remember it all their life.

 

God wants parents to teach their children the right way to live from a very young age. When we show children the good path—God’s path—they learn how to make wise choices as they grow. Teaching children is like guiding them inside a safe fence so they can stay protected and know which way to go.

Parents must help their children understand what is right, what is wrong, and why following God brings blessings. We do this by reading the Bible together, praying with them, and showing them how to live for Jesus every day. When children hear God’s Word often, it becomes part of their hearts.

Children do not belong to us—they belong to God. He trusts parents to take care of them, love them, and guide them. Parenting is a big responsibility, but it is also a beautiful gift.

Sadly, some children today are not being taught well. Some parents allow harmful things around their children or use the internet to embarrass them. This is not God’s way. Children need love, guidance, and good examples.

We cannot leave the training of our children to schools or churches alone. Parents must teach their children about Jesus, kindness, respect, and good behaviour. Many children feel alone because their parents are too busy or not paying attention. But God wants parents to be present, loving, and patient.

Parents, teach your children to love God, to pray, to be responsible, and to show the fruit of the Spirit. Pray for them every day and help them grow into the people God created them to be.

Parents, train—don’t ruin—your child’s life.
