CHILD-FRIENDLY PRAYER IS KEY!

Mark 11:24 GNT

For this reason I tell you: When you pray and ask for something, believe that you have received it, and you will be given whatever you ask for.

 

Prayer is one of God’s greatest gifts to us. It is not just talking—it is talking with God. Prayer is how we share our hearts with Him, and how He speaks back to us. God promised in Jeremiah 33:3, “Call to Me, and I will answer you.”

Prayer is worship. It is thanking God, asking for help, saying sorry, and praying for others. God wants us to pray all the time because prayer gives us strength and brings us closer to Him (Ephesians 6:18).

We live in a world where the enemy tries to stop God’s plans. In Daniel 10:10–13, we see that evil forces tried to delay answers to prayer. This shows us why prayer is important—we need God’s power to win spiritual battles we cannot see. Prayer brings God’s help, protection, and victory.

Even Jesus prayed every day. In Mark 1:35, He woke up early to pray. Hebrews 7:25 says Jesus still prays for us in heaven. If Jesus needed prayer, we need it too! Prayer is not optional—it is necessary.

The Bible shows many miracles that happened because of prayer:

1.   Jehoshaphat prayed, and God helped Judah win a battle (2 Chronicles 20).

2.   Elisha prayed, and a dead boy came back to life (2 Kings 4).

3.   Peter prayed, and Dorcas was raised from the dead (Acts 9).

Prayer invites God into our lives. It helps us hear His voice and follow His plan. James 5:16 says the prayer of a righteous person is powerful. Prayer not only changes situations—it changes us.

God tells us in 2 Chronicles 7:14 to pray with humility, seek His face, and turn from sin. This is how we pray effectively.

Beloved, keep praying. Prayer is power, protection, and partnership with God.

PRAYER: Thank You, Lord, for hearing me when I pray. Teach me to pray with faith, humility, and consistency. Help me stay close to You every day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
